FolioFound is a managed Pinterest content service for e-commerce brands. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it and how you can contact us.
1. Data we access
When a brand authorizes FolioFound (via Pinterest OAuth or the Pinterest Business Partner access flow), we may access, only within the scopes granted:
- basic Pinterest account information (account name, account type);
- boards and pins of the authorized account;
- organic analytics for the authorized account (impressions, saves, outbound clicks);
- aggregated keyword trend data provided by the Pinterest Trends API.
We do not access data of Pinterest users who have not authorized FolioFound, and we do not collect personal data of Pinners.
2. How we use it
- to create, schedule and publish pins and boards on behalf of brands that hired us;
- to research keywords and trends for content planning;
- to prepare performance reports for the brand that owns the account.
We do not sell, rent or share Pinterest data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Storage and security
Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to perform the services above. Data is kept only as long as needed for the active service relationship and is deleted within 30 days after a brand ends the service or revokes access.
4. Your control
A brand can revoke FolioFound's access at any time in Pinterest settings (Apps / Business access). You can also ask us to delete any data we hold by emailing us.
